Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - Electrical Projects in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company’s goal at Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural Manufacturing Location .

Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager – Electrical Projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring

the seamless execution of electrical systems for our Gigafactory construction project.

From overseeing high-voltage substations to managing budgets, schedules, and teams,

your expertise will be at the forefront of this transformative initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and prepare electrical drawings and specifications.
Oversee and manage 220KV and 11KV substation projects, ensuring adherence

to timelines and quality standards.

Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and budgets.

Conduct regular site visits to track progress, ensure consistency with plans, and

take corrective actions to meet completion schedules.

Raise and verify material and erection bills, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Assist in procuring electrical equipment and floating business inquiries aligned

with project specifications.

Collaborate with contractors, electricity board officials, supervisors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.

Supervise execution work, including electrical systems, HVAC, LV systems, fire

fighting, and related infrastructure.

Coordinate with site construction managers to resolve time-sensitive,

construction-related electrical issues.

Interpret and implement plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering

documents effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems (220KV, 11KV substations).

Proven experience in project execution, specifically in electrical systems for

large-scale construction.

Excellent skills in project scheduling, budget management, and site progress

monitoring.

Expertise in interacting with contractors, sub-contractors, and regulatory

officials.

Familiarity with multidisciplinary execution works such as HVAC, LV systems,

and fire fighting.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering and construction documents.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

▪ Electrical Engineering Graduate with strong experience in Electrical Projects
