Quality Assurance Test Engineer - NetSuite

Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to NetSuite and eCommerce processes.
• Design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.
• Perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations.
• Automate regression tests for key eCommerce workflows such as order-to-cash, inventory sync, tax / shipping calculations, and product updates.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, or similar.
• Validate API integrations (REST / SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs.
• Log and track issues in defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Conduct regression, functional, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support test automation in CI / CD pipelines and advise on automation best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA retrospectives.
• Document and communicate testing results and QA metrics to stakeholders.
