Become the go-to expert in Veoci knowledge, equipping our sales, marketing, and solutions teams with the necessary resources to secure deals and win RFPs. Your role is crucial in creating engaging content for the entire customer relationship cycle, covering prospecting, bidding, selling, and supporting our markets globally.

Your Responsibilities :

Content Library Updates : Actively research, learn, and refresh our content library to reflect the latest Veoci developments, industry trends, and competitor insights on a global scale.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams based in the US and India, ensuring content is aligned with their strategies and meets the needs of our targeted vertical markets.
Knowledge Base Refinement : Use your expertise to improve existing knowledge bases, guaranteeing clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all Veoci knowledge resources.
Knowledge Management : Gain a solid grasp of knowledge management principles and best practices
RFP Team Support : Collaborate seamlessly with the RFP Team in the US and India, supplying them with essential content resources and promoting effective teamwork.
RFP AI Model : Develop and sustain a comprehensive RFP NotebookLM and knowledge base specifically designed for our target vertical markets, thus empowering our sales teams to perform at their best.
Workflow Optimization : Utilize Veoci workflows and forms to enhance the creation and distribution of knowledge.

To succeed, you should :

Research and Analytical Skills : Possess outstanding research and analytical abilities to convert complex information into compelling, easy-to-understand content.

SaaS Proficiency : Ability to work with SaaS tools for collaboration, content creation, and distribution.

Writing : Be an excellent writer, capable of creating narratives that engage prospects and customers in all Veoci's markets.

Adaptability : Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Organizational Skills : Have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently, considering different cultures.

Deadline Management : The ability to successfully get ahead of and manage deadlines is essential.

Team Collaboration : Enjoy collaborative, cross-functional work.

Communication Excellence : Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and grammar in communication.

Have 2-4 years' experience of progressively increasing responsibilities in copywriter / content writer function correlating copy and content to sales and company goals.

Be able to work US EDT hours

Live within commuting distance of Sector 63, NOIDA

Bonus Points For :

Experience in knowledge management, content creation, or similar roles.

Knowledge of Veoci or comparable SaaS technology products.

Experience in a global, multisite collaboration.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

Preferred from a well know Metro College

Minimum of 80% in 10th and 12th Boards.

Preferred additional Qualifications

Certificate in a good digital or email marketing course
