This role is to strategize, create and deploy engaging digital content across platforms as per customer persons throughout the customer journey from acquisition to conversion and also for successful customer retention.

What Key Tasks will be involved?
1. Digital Content Strategy :
- Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms
- Planning, creating and disseminating content in various formats like Infographics, Case studies, blogs, video shorts etc - Social media marketing
- E-mail marketing
- Website management - Implementing SEO best practices
- Video storyboarding
- Creative brief facilitation, while working closely with digital & design agencies
