Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Identify, engage, and attract top IT talent for US-based positions using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Initial Screening : Conduct preliminary phone / video interviews to assess technical and communication skills, and validate eligibility for various employment types (W2, 1099, C2C, C2H).
• Interview Coordination : Manage and schedule candidate interviews in sync with US time zones, ensuring prompt updates and clear communication.
• Compliance Learning : Support senior recruiters in documentation and visa / work authorization checks (OPT, H1-B, EAD, Green Card) as you build US staffing expertise.
• Relationship Building : Foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers, delivering a great candidate experience throughout the process.
• Reporting & ATS : Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems, assist with recruitment metrics, and support the team’s fast-paced operations.
• On-site Collaboration : Work closely onsite with a supportive, growth-focused team at Mindspace, Malad.

Who Should Apply?
