About the Role

You will architect, design, and build robust backend systems using Python and modern frameworks for cloud-native, microservices-based products. You’ll collaborate closely on API strategy, cloud adoption, and backend innovation. Strong cloud experience on AWS / Azure and leadership / mentoring skills are essential. AI / ML exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
• Architect, deploy, and maintain microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Optimize system reliability, scalability, and security
• Drive CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud automation
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold coding standards
• Shape database and API design (SQL / NoSQL, REST / GraphQL)
• Integrate with AI / ML pipelines when required
