About Us :
Traahi Tapes is a creative video post-production studio that works with international clients on podcasts, YouTube videos, brand films, and short-form social content. We’re looking for a Client Communication & Coordination Executive to help manage client conversations, collect feedback, and coordinate with our in-house editing team to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Do :
- Communicate with clients through chat and email regarding project briefs, updates, and revisions.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear instructions for the editing team.
- Track project timelines, maintain task sheets, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Summarize client feedback and share it clearly with the editors.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and quick response in all communication.
- Support project organization and assist with internal coordination.
What We’re Looking For :
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).Fast and accurate English typing is a must .Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Familiarity with Google Sheets, GDrive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.Basic understanding of video production or post-production (a plus).Comfortable working full-time from our Gurugram studio.Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
