Job description
  • Develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate learning objectives into digital training modules.
  • Create multimedia assets, including animations, graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Implement SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards for Learning Management System (LMS) compatibility.
  • Optimize courses for mobile and responsive learning environments.
  • Maintain and update existing e-learning content based on feedback and evolving training needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.

    • Required Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
    • Strong graphic design and multimedia editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
