Client Service Executive

LexiConn is looking for a sharp organized and dependable Client Servicing Associate to support the Client Servicing Lead with execution documentation coordination and follow-ups. This is a role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly has a strong sense of ownership and is proactive about getting things done.

Requirements

Responsibilities -

Client coordination and support

Schedule and confirm client meetings calls and internal syncs

Maintain and update client trackers and project dashboards

Share project updates reminders trackers and documentation with clients as directed

Assist with onboarding documentation for new clients

Maintain folders with updated client documents contracts proposals and invoices

Coordinate internally with writers editors designers or tech team for timelines and deliverables

Lead conversion reach out to prospective clients make proposals share samples creds.

Qualifications -

1 - 2 years of experience in a support operations or executive assistant role (agency or content background is a bonus)

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable with Excel / Sheets Google Drive email etiquette

Good written communication skills

Reliable detail-oriented and proactive

Ability to multitask and manage timelines
