Lead Analyst - Analytics Delivery

Responsibilities

• Operations : Manages all inputs of project work. Collects, analyzes, and determines appropriateness of client data. Analyzes test data and performs test scenarios to ensure all required data is present and accurate. Review and interprets data for corresponding project needs. Optimizes project approach as it pertains to data.
• Identify data requirements, resolve data issues, manage project timeframes, and provide guidance and insight on the submission of data.
• Engages and leads data workflow discussions with internal business partners Acts as point of contact and subject matter expert on data-related functions of project to all internal partners. Proactively offers solutions to improve the project and the client’s experience as it pertains to data, data feeds, and related processes.
• Quality – Execute work with flawless accuracy, review own work and minimize rework as much as possible.
• SLA – Ensures that all the required SLA agreed upon are met and plan / propose solutions wherever it necessary to improve them.
• Customer Interaction – Client interactions pertaining to the project requirements and handle escalations to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge Management – Review and update the process documents to maintain updated repository of the process(es) docs.
• Process Reengineering & Optimization – Continuously looking for process improvement ideas. Implements corrective actions based on review, Monitors, and controls billing losses to meet financial objectives.
• Training & Certification – Completes trainings on time and provides inputs on the training / certification methodology to the transition team to ensure right skilling on engagement.
• Projects - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Good understanding of 401K domain knowledge i.e., the basic principles from a functional / business perspective e.g., ASPPA RPF - Basics of retirement industry
• Proficient in Excel formulae’s, running queries in databases, exception handling, and execution. Educational Requirements Graduate
