Senior engineer - solar cell maintenance

Qualification & Experience :

Education : Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation

Experience : 4 to 6 years of total industry experience

Salary : As per industry standards

Role Type : Shift In-Charge (Three Shifts : A / B / C)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the equipment maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and uptime

Hands-on experience in plant maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment

Manage and execute corrective, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical automation systems including :

AC / DC Drives, VFDs, PLCs, Stepper and Servo Motors

Induction Motors, Solenoid Valves, Sensors, Pumps, and Conveyors

Preferably experienced with Staubli or ABB robotics and PLC systems

Ensure compliance with TPM, ISO / OHSAS standards, and implement Kaizen, 5 S practices

Maintain documentation related to MTTR / MTBF and other maintenance KPIs

Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
