We’re looking for a Global Finance & Compliance Coordinator to be the central brain behind our multi-entity finance operations . This isn’t a back-office role — it’s an opportunity to be embedded in the core of how a global deep tech company runs and scales compliantly.
What You’ll OwnCustomer Billing & Collections (UK + Global Clients)
- Maintain trackers for contracts, billing cycles, and collection schedules
- Coordinate with delivery teams before raising invoices
- Prepare, review, and issue timely invoices across entities
- Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments
- Escalate collection delays to the senior finance team
Vendor Payments & Expense Management
Record vendor invoices and internal expenses in the accounting systemEnsure approvals are in place before booking expensesTrack payment timelines and process disbursementsReconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate ledgersBanking & Reconciliation
Monitor daily bank transactions across multiple entitiesSupport regular bank reconciliationsAssist with customer / vendor reconciliations and payment trackingAudit, Tax & Statutory Compliance Support
Maintain well-organized filing of vouchers, invoices, and compliance documentsPrepare reports and working papers for audit and taxation purposesShare data with consultants for GST, TDS, VAT, and other statutory filingsWork closely with external CA / tax / legal consultants in UK, India, UAE & USGlobal Entity Coordination & Risk Management
Maintain a central compliance tracker across all global entities (UK, India, US, UAE)Track timelines for statutory filings, renewals, insurance, data protection, employment regulations , etc.Coordinate with external consultants for corporate filings, license renewals, and regulatory updatesEscalate potential non-compliance or risks to leadershipAdministrative Coordination & Documentation
Act as the central point for global admin tasks — contracts, policies, insurance, vendor onboardingMaintain a structured filing system for all legal, tax, and compliance documentsEnsure all internal stakeholders are updated with latest contract statuses and entity documentationWhat We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or compliance rolesExperience managing multi-entity finance coordination (especially UK or global experience)Working knowledge of GST, TDS, UK VAT, bank reconciliations , and accounting systemsStrong communication and follow-up skills (you’ll be speaking to vendors, clients, consultants)Proactive mindset and high ownership — someone who solves problems, not just reports themComfortable using spreadsheets, trackers, accounting software, and cloud-based toolsBonus : Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, Companies Act, SOC2Why This Role Matters
This role goes beyond bookkeeping.
You’ll be orchestrating finance and compliance across four countries and acting as a force multiplier for scale. As we grow, so will your exposure — across global tax law, internal controls, investor reporting, and board compliance.
You’ll work directly with the CFO, business team, and legal advisors — ensuring we stay fast, compliant, and fund-ready.
