About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Design Consultant with exclusive experience in curtains and blinds. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their window furnishing needs, provide expert design consultation, and deliver tailored solutions that reflect Hillarys’ premium brand aesthetics. This is a client-facing role that blends design expertise with customer engagement and solution-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home or in-office design consultations with clients for curtains and blinds.
• Provide design recommendations, fabric selections, color coordination, and functional solutions tailored to customer preferences and budgets.
• Take accurate measurements on-site to ensure precise installation planning.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to integrate Hillarys’ window furnishing solutions into larger projects.
• Present design proposals, product demos, and sample kits to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hillarys’ premium quality and service standards.
• Stay updated on curtain, blinds, and window furnishing design trends and innovations.
• Support sales growth by converting design consultations into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and orders in CRM tools.
