Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Work experience : 13 to 15 years
  • Planning and progress management for business implementation
  • Reviewing business results and formulating method improvement plans.
  • Manage a development team for durability and strength performances
  • Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation / training in Japan

Mandatory Skill :

  • Experience working on automobile Strength / Durability at an automotive OEM company.

    • (With more than 5 years of experience using NX software / CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112)

  • Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure
  • Experience as manager of a development team for durability and strength performance of automobiles
  • Experience in performance development other than durability and strength of automobile bodies
  • Japanese conversation ability
  • Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork.
  • Development experience in automotive OEM.
