Role Overview
The Executive –Marketing will support marketing team in executing branding, and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on content creation, digital marketing management, event coordination, lead tracking, and market research. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent brand visibility, managing daily marketing operations, and contributing to company goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Support the creation of B2B presentations, marketing reports, and corporate brochures.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.Create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.Coordinate with SEO / SEM agencies to support campaigns and ensure alignment with overall digital strategy.Track digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports.3. Market Research & Competitive Insights
Conduct secondary research on market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.Prepare insights in form of presentation to share with internal team and clients.4. Event & Exhibition Coordination
Assist in planning and executing trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-ground execution.Support development of event-specific materials such as product catalogues, invitations, and promotional videos.5. Lead Management & Reporting
Manage and update lead databases from IndiaMart, website inquiries, and events.Track lead progress and follow-up status with the sales team.Support preparation of monthly marketing performance and lead conversion reports.6. Bulk mailing and Whatsapp
Design and execute bulk email and WhatsApp campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar platforms.Segment mailing lists based on target industries, clients, or product categories.Create WhatsApp bulk and broadcast messages for product launches, event invites, and promotions.Track open rates, click-throughs, and engagement analytics for both email and WhatsApp campaigns.Qualifications & Experience
Education : BBA plus any relevant course or diploma in marketing or MBA in marketingExperience : 1–3 years in marketing or digital communicationIndustry Experience : Exposure to B2B, FMCG, or flavour & fragrance industry preferred.Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Behavioral Skills
