HR Recruiter Intern - Remote

Job Summary :

We are seeking four highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join our

team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the

recruitment field, working closely with our experienced recruiters. The ideal candidates will

be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the full recruitment lifecycle.

Location : Remote - Work From Home

Responsibilities :

Assist recruiters in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and

interviewing candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and

networking sites.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications

and fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications :

Must be currently pursuing an MBA or have recently graduated with an MBA.

Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM (Mon-Fri; Sat-half day)
