The Role : Requirements

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors).
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform frequent assessments (vital signs, neurological checks, etc.).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies (e.g., code blue situations).
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure infection control and sterile procedures are strictly followed.
• Monitor vital signs and overall condition of newborns.
• Provide feeding (breastfeeding support, bottle feeding, or tube feeding).
• Assist in neonatal resuscitation and emergency care.
• Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed.
• Educate and support new parents on infant care, breastfeeding, and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records of newborn status and care provided.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and neonatologists in the care of high-risk infants.
• Perform triage to prioritize patients based on urgency.
• Provide first aid and emergency care (e.g., CPR, wound dressing, stabilizing fractures).
• Assist in procedures like suturing, catheterization, and IV insertion.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Coordinate with physicians, paramedics, and other emergency personnel.
• Prepare patients for surgery or transfer to other units.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
