Position Summary : Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Complete and assess anomaly and / or incident reports, proposing corrective and improvement actions. Identify and analyze anomalies and weak signals, recording them in the appropriate IT systems.
- Execute assigned tasks as directed by management, either on-site or in a workshop.
- Monitor systems, tools, or installations, or oversee their execution by third parties (manufacturers, internal or external execution teams, etc.).
- Carry out or oversee corrective and improvement actions, including maintenance and repairs, both on-site and remotely. Verify their effectiveness and ensure proper administrative follow-up using appropriate tools.
- Track orders (placing orders, monitoring preparation, shipment, delivery, and quality of delivered items).
- Contribute to the development of operational procedures for users and technical teams.
- Propose and implement updates to maintenance documents (plans, operating procedures, articles, etc.).
- Write and update technical documentation (application code functionality, practical training modules, etc.).
- Report identified anomalies following visits or recurring activities
- Propose / write operating procedures for interventions and define safety conditions before intervention (logistics, packaging, isolation procedures, etc.).
- With operational and support teams in various departments to perform required activities.
- With reliability teams or coordinators to provide performance analysis and define necessary actions.
- With buyers to communicate procurement needs for parts and consumables.
- With internal or external resources within their scope of responsibility to coordinate activities involving them.
- With peers in other departments to exchange best practices.
- With users in different departments to facilitate the adoption of new equipment or services.
- Responsible for the quality of their interventions / work in compliance with existing standards.
- Responsible for detecting malfunctions / anomalies within their scope before a major incident occurs.
- Maintenance and reliability methods in their field of expertise.
- General technical knowledge related to specialized areas (networks, systems, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Understanding of rules and standards related to the information systems used.
- Professional English (for reading and using documentation), French would be appreciated
