About the Role :

We are seeking a Python Developer with a strong background in Automation and Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust automation scripts, working with data using Python and Pandas, and integrating solutions with Power BI dashboards. The role also includes working collaboratively across teams to ensure quality, performance, and reliability of software Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts to support testing, data processing, and system monitoring tasks.
• Leverage Pandas and other Python libraries for data manipulation, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports using transformed data.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to integrate test scripts into CI / CD pipelines.
• Apply statistical principles to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Ensure automation test coverage for regression and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in automation scripts and applications.
• Document automation solutions, test strategies, and results clearly and effectively.
• Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure high standards of software quality and compliance with software testing best Qualifications :
• 35 years of experience as a Python Automation Engineer or Python Developer with automation responsibilities.
• Expertise in Python programming, including strong knowledge of Pandas for data processing.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them in real-world data problems.
• Deep understanding of software testing principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven experience building dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
