The Die Casting Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end die casting operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in die casting processes and a commitment to team development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the die casting production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Hire, train and mentor junior staff in die casting techniques and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to enhance product quality and production methods.
