Experience : 15+ years in real estate project management, with expertise in luxury residential and commercial projects . Prior experience in high-rise or premium projects in South Mumbai is highly desirable. Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD , and ERP systems.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President – Projects to lead high-end residential and commercial developments in South Mumbai .
The role demands strategic oversight, technical excellence, and strong leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery that aligns with the company’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.
- Develop and implement execution strategies ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Resolve design and construction challenges effectively.
- Plan and control project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and value engineering.
- Coordinate procurement, contract approvals, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with BMC, RERA , and other statutory norms.
- Liaise with authorities for approvals and NOCs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Implement innovative construction methodologies and sustainable practices.
