Job Title : QA Engineer

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Location : Surat

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

QA Manual Tester with 2-4 years of experience ensures the quality of CRM systems, mobile

applications, and e-commerce platforms through rigorous manual testing.

This role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with

development teams in agile environments to deliver reliable software and make sure that data

quality is good. The position requires hands-on expertise in testing web, mobile, and backend

components specific to these domains.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, write, and execute manual test cases for CRM functionalities, mobile apps

(iOS / Android), and e-commerce platforms, including functional, regression, UI / UX,

and compatibility testing across browsers and devices.

Perform end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications, validate user flows, and

conduct exploratory testing to uncover usability issues and bugs.

Log, track, and report defects using tools like JIRA, collaborate with developers for

resolutions, and verify fixes through retesting.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT to ensure products meet business

requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

2-4 years of proven experience in manual testing, with specific hands-on work on

CRM systems, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of testing web applications, mobile testing (Android / iOS), and

e-commerce workflows like payments and user authentication

Nice to Have :

Proficiency with writing SQL queries.

Proficiency in bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA / Asana / GitLab) and test case

management.

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile development

basics.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in agile teams.

Education :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or

related field.
