Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive, located in Haora. The Senior Executive will manage day-to-day business operations, interact with clients to understand their requirements, and ensure the effective delivery of solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategies to achieve performance targets, building and maintaining lasting client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. The individual will also be involved in preparing and analyzing reports, monitoring market trends, and supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in strategy development, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Data analysis and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and business development strategies
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Experience in a similar role or B2B marketplace industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
