3. The Role
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Founder's Office and work directly with our Chief Business Officer. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of strategic decision-making while building expertise across sales, marketing, and business development in a deep-tech startup environment.
4. Core Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations :
Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and sales trackers
Draft and send professional email communications to prospects, clients, and partners
Handle inbound / outbound calls with potential clients and partners
Deliver basic product pitches in English to qualified leads
Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Manage social media content calendar and posting across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
Attend and represent Cloudworx at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Support CBO with meeting minutes, action items, and systematic follow-ups with leads
Account & Partner Management :
Act as SPOC for assigned client accounts and partnership channels
Coordinate with strategic partners.
Track partner deliverables and maintain relationship databases
Support contract negotiations and documentation
Administrative & Strategic Support :
Prepare briefing documents for high-stake meetings
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence gathering
Maintain CRM and ensure data hygiene
Support in organizing webinars and virtual product demonstrations
Assist in grant applications and compliance documentation
5. Growth Trajectory (12-24 months)
As you grow with us, you'll progressively take on :
Leading initial client meetings independently
Contributing to GTM strategy for new markets and verticals
Managing complete sales cycles from site inspections to RFI / RFP responses
Creating pitch decks, proposals, and quotations
Developing marketing campaigns and content strategies
Supporting investor relations and fundraising activities
6. Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have :
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude with minimal supervision needs
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (startup experience preferred)
Strong Plus :
Engineering background (B.Tech / BE) to grasp deep-tech concepts
Understanding of SaaS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 technologies
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
International exposure or experience working with global clients
