Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Recruiter & Talent Outreach Executive with 2–4 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruiting. This role combines end-to-end recruitment with strategic outreach to HR executives and decision-makers. The right candidate will be skilled at identifying IT talent, leveraging Recruiter and other hiring platforms, and confidently engaging with both candidates and clients in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage IT candidates via , job boards, and other platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT / technical roles, from sourcing to placement.
  • Review IT job descriptions and assess technical skills to ensure accurate fit.
  • Proactively reach out to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives to introduce FutureSoft’s services.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and client contact databases.
  • Track recruitment and outreach metrics to measure success.
  • Partner with leadership on staffing strategies and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical roles.
  • Proficiency with Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, and project managers.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance recruitment and outreach / business development tasks.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
