We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist who can manage end to end hiring activities, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth coordination with clients. The role requires proactive sourcing, screening, and maintaining consistent communication with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment across multiple roles and industries
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow up
• Maintain daily coordination with clients regarding feedback, open positions, and status updates
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain updated trackers
• Ensure excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process
