Job Description Asset Engineer – Experience 1 to 2 Years

  • Hardware Asset Management (PO to Disposal)
  • Hardware report generation
  • Hardware management and tracking
  • Asset Complete IMAC process
  • Asset inventory and storage management
  • Vendors call logs tracking
  • Image formats – OS installations
  • Installation of basic applications like MS Office, Antivirus, Adobe and other software
  • Troubleshooting knowledge on Laptops / Desktop and application related issues
  • Monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining systems hardware, software and related infrastructure
  • Asset Lifecycle management Knowledge.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
  • Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
