Job descriptionBachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on module configuration. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS , and Flow Designer. Experience with Integration Hub and MID Server preferred. Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
ServiceNow Developer (Remote – India)
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time contract (3+ months, with potential to convert to permanent). This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful ServiceNow projects while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment.
Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or 100% Remote – anywhere in India)
Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 hours / day (IST)
Contract Type : Full-time contract, 3+ months (possibility of extension or hire)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
- Develop catalog items, workflows, client / server scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Implement Service Portal and build user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST / SOAP APIs, Integration Hub) .
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain system stability, performance, and security .
- Develop technical documentation and support guides.
