We are seeking an Operations BCP Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities across Operations. The role involves partnering with plan owners and business unit coordinators to maintain high-quality BC Plans, support testing cycles, and assist in response activities during incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations plan owners and Business Unit Coordinators (BUCs) to create, update, and quality-check BC Plans and Process Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) in the firm's approved BC application (FusionRM).
- Ensure all BC Plans adhere to policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and track annual testing of recovery strategies, including Loss of Site, Loss of Personnel, and Loss of Technology, ensuring evidence is complete, compliant, and auditable.
- Monitor the quality and completeness of plan data, such as ownership, BUC coverage, contacts, and dependencies, and remediate gaps with stakeholders.
- Assist with training and awareness initiatives for BC role-holders, reinforcing responsibilities and expectations.
- Provide structured support during active incidents, coordinating with Crisis Management teams (Fusion Response) and Operations stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all BCP-related activities and ensure readiness for audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Risk, or related functions.Strong understanding of BCP concepts, process documentation, and testing frameworks.Experience with BC tools (FusionRM preferred).Ability to work in an EMEA shift in a hybrid setup from Mumbai.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Skills Required
