CTC :  2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum

Location :  Lower Parel, Mumbai  /  Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Type :  Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Tech Recruiter  with 6 months to 2 Years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help build our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build robust pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

MUST HAVE SKILLS : :

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS TECH RECRUITER (6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS)
  • SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN IT INDUSTRY BEFORE

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent
  • Conduct technical skills assessments and candidate screenings
  • Source candidates through various channels and networks
  • Manage the interview scheduling and on-boarding process
  • Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practices
  • Utilise recruitment analytics to optimize the hiring process
  • Implement diversity hiring initiatives
  • Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment budget

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and modern tech stacks.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates
  • Proficiency in Python recruitment
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
