Job description

Expertise in Scrum, including the value and principles and how they are applied in enterprise environments

Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques such as continuous integration, build, deliver, test-driven development, and other automated acceptance testing techniques.

Experience working with UX (user experience) design practices in an Agile / Scrum environment

Experience driving work to a conclusion without constant monitoring and intervention, and delivering with consistently high quality

Excellent understanding of Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and Experience with Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader
