Sr Software Engineer II

Drive code reuse and contribution strategy for the span of control, minimizing redundant development.

• Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks

Conduct peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards

Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan

Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements

Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution'

'The employee is fully proficient with responsibility and capability working across platforms, responsible for high levels of complexity while influencing product architecture and patterns across the ecosystem.

Proven ability to lead and guide teams, providing technical direction and mentorship.

Fully proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant backend programming languages.

Strong understanding of RESTful Web API development

Demonstrable experience with technologies such as Microservices, Kafka, Datbricks, Azure Data Factory

Solid knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB profiling / performance tuning.

Experience with frontend development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and modern web technologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git Actions)'

'Microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Azure Cloud Engineering, CI / CD, Microservice background, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools (e.g., Terraform)

Identity and Access Management experience.

Directory Services Development, Authentication, and Provisioning experience.

Test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks

Requirements and technical specification documentation experience

Experience working in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments'
