The Opportunity
You won't be joining a sales team. You'll be building one from absolute zero —from 0 to 200 people within 12 months—while simultaneously closing high-ticket deals (₹4-20 lakh commitments) and creating the playbooks, systems, and culture that will define Gomini's go-to-market motion for years to come.
This role is for someone who sees sales not as a job, but as a craft. Someone who believes that the right systems, executed with discipline, can move mountains.
What You'll Build
Months 1-3 : Prove the Model
- Close ₹50+ lakh in personal revenue while building the foundational sales playbook
- Create scripts, objection handlers, email sequences, and collateral from scratch
- Master Zoho CRM as your operating system—every action, every insight, logged and tracked
- Test every message, every channel, every approach until you find what converts
Months 4-6 : Build Your First Squad

Structure :
