Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles within the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Draft clear and engaging job descriptions aligned with team needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
Manage candidate communication and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely updates on recruitment progress.
Represent the SmallJoys brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm in every candidate interaction.
What You’ll Bring to the Table : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably with exposure to international hiring or US-based roles.
Excellent command of the English language , both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a genuine passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities.
