Buying Manager

Qualifications :

• 6–7 years of experience in fashion buying with hands-on product development and costing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Merchandising or related field from NIFT / Pearl or equivalent .
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, sourcing, and vendor negotiations.
• Demonstrated success in managing cost closures and achieving margin goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Advanced Excel and PLM system proficiency; familiarity with retail math and costing sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented.
