Role Overview :

We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager – FnO who can blend market understanding, user empathy, and technical acumen to shape the next generation of our trading experience. You’ll drive innovation in the FnO segment — from idea to execution — ensuring every feature delivers value to traders and enhances platform performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end FnO product lifecycle — from ideation, requirement gathering, and documentation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams to define the product roadmap aligned with strategic trading objectives.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive API integrations, conduct testing, and ensure flawless front-end implementation.
• Identify product gaps and propose new APIs or platform improvements to enhance speed, usability, and trading experience.
• Engage with active traders and clients to collect feedback, uncover opportunities, and convert insights into actionable features.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement for new FnO features.
• Coordinate with QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely product releases.
• Monitor product performance through data analytics, A / B testing, and user behavior, continuously optimizing based on insights.
