JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Objective
To conceptualize, design, and deliver high-performing ad creatives and videos for digital campaigns by blending creative design expertise with AI tools for faster, data-driven, and scalable creative production.
The Creative Designer (AI) will leverage both traditional design software and AI-based creative tools to generate innovative visual content that enhances engagement and improves campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative Design & AI Integration
- Design high-impact visuals, banners, short videos, and ad creatives for Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.G., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL
- E, Runway, Canva Magic Studio, ChatGPT or any other) for creative ideation, image generation, and content enhancement.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on campaign briefs and audience insights.
- Create multiple ad variants for testing using AI to improve Click Through Rate - CTR and conversions.
2. Creative Automation & Efficiency
Build creative templates and automated workflows using AI design and video tools to accelerate turnaround time.Utilize AI-driven analytics to identify top-performing creatives and optimize future designs.Integrate AI prompts and tools into the marketing workflow for scaling content personalization (different languages, segments, regions, etc.).3. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with Performance Marketing Executives to understand ad performance metrics and improve visuals accordingly.Collaborate with Copywriters and Data Analysts to align design direction with message tone and performance insights.Coordinate with Tech and Web Teams for landing page visuals, animations, and UI / UX consistency.4. Brand & Quality Consistency
Maintain visual alignment with brand identity and creative guidelines.Ensure all designs are platform-optimized for ad specifications (size, format, resolution).Manage creative asset libraries (static + AI-generated) for re-use across campaigns.5. Key Skills & Competencies Required :
Design Skills
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Canva.Solid understanding of layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.Hands-on experience in short-form video and motion graphic creation.AI & Tech Skills
Experience using AI design tools such as :Midjourney / Firefly / DALLE / Runway ML / Kaiber / Pika Labs / Canva Magic Studio and any otherKnowledge of AI prompt engineering for design generation and creative ideation.Familiarity with ChatGPT / Jasper / Copy.Ai for creative content and script generation.Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to guide creative decisions.6. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field.3–5 years of creative design experience in digital marketing, advertising, or startups.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI tools for creative or content generation.Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional and AI-enhanced design work.Working Days
