Ensure to Conduct Inspection of Chemical and Microbiological Tests & Analysis of the Quality of Milk & Milk Products in Packing Stations.
Responsible for Implementation of SOP's & Adherence of FSMS & FSSAI, AGMARK and EIA Norms and documentation.
Ensure to maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.
Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.
Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations and report the same.
Responsible for compliance of Microbiology parameters as per FSSA of all Packing Stations and implementation of methods for detection of Pathogens & Food Poisoning bacteria.
Responsible to identify the skill levels of quality team and ensure for training on quality module and send the details of quality team to the HRD for evaluation during appraisal.
Responsible for preparation of Physical, Chemical and Microbiology specifications for raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
Responsible for calibration of Chemical and micro biology testing equipment's / instruments of all packing stations and implementation of updated laboratory test methods.
Co-ordinate with EIA officials for export products.
Execute & Review all Statutory Audits and Compliances across all Packing stations.
