Experience : 1-3 yrs in sales (Preferably credit card)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contact individuals and to pitch credit card offerings
- Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up consistently to ensure conversations
- Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information
- Schedule callbacks where necessary and take timely follow-ups.
Basic Requirements :
The candidate should be from a Sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skillsRelevant work experience in sales, tele sales, telemarketing or banking preferred.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.Confident, Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
