Careworx - Digital Healthcare Platform, helps in digitalization of hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic labs and Pharmacies for improving operational efficiency and to deliver superior experience to patients.

Job Description :

• Oversees the installations and optimizes hardware / software / network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
• Monitors the Performance, maintenance and repairs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and

configurations which may impact product performance.
