Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Tender Bidding Executive to join our team at Surat(Gujarat) Location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in handling government e-tendering portals and managing the end-to-end bidding process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and analyze relevant government tenders on various e-portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state portals).
• Prepare, compile, and submit bid documents as per RFP / RFQ requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, finance) for timely submission of required documentation.
• Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations.
• Follow up on bid status and handle post-bid communications.
• Maintain records of past tenders and improve bidding strategies.
