Job description0.6 months to 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or IT recruitment. Strong understanding of technical skills and job profiles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.). Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various technical roles using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before sharing with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Engage candidates through effective communication, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Track and manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support coordination of interviews, assessments, and hiring activities as needed.
