Job Description

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven candidate to manage the operations for The Billion Tree Plantation Project under RoundGlass Foundation. The role will be central to managing large-scale Tree Planting initiatives across rural Punjab, starting with the Malwa region and expanding to Majha and Doaba in Phase 2. This is a high-impact role that requires deep-rooted knowledge of government schemes, strong relationships with local authorities, and the ability to drive community participation on a scale.

What you’ll do :

1. Regional Operations Management

• Lead and oversee all field-level operations across 14 districts in Punjab (Phase 1), expanding statewide in Phase 2.
• Ensure smooth execution of site preparation, plantation, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and ensure de
