Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Specialist to oversee employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This role ensures seamless communication and a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support new hires, induction, and HR calls.
- Coordinate documentation and vendor communication activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle contractor grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries by coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Monitor the HR email inbox and address all queries promptly.
- Collaborate with Accounts, Operations, and Delivery teams to resolve gaps or escalations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders.
- 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in employee engagement and onboarding.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and employee-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset to introduce fresh engagement strategies.
