Technical Delivery Lead – Enterprise LMS (Healthcare, Google Cloud)

About the Opportunity

We are deploying a

large-scale, multi-tenant Learning Management System (LMS)

for enterprise customers

in partnership with healthcare institutions and global stakeholders. This platform will power continuous medical education at scale, supporting thousands of healthcare professionals.

We’re looking for a

senior technology leader

who can initially join us as a

consultant to lead this delivery

and, over time, transition into a

full-time technical leadership role

at Medvarsity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end deployment

of an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant LMS on Google Cloud.

Define and oversee the

cloud-native architecture, scalability, and integration roadmap .

Ensure

security, compliance, and interoperability

with healthcare IT systems.

Act as the

primary technical leader

interfacing with government and institutional stakeholders.

Build, guide, and mentor a

cross-functional technical team

to scale long-term delivery.

Translate business needs into

scalable, measurable technology outcomes .

What We’re Looking For

12+ years of IT delivery experience, ideally in

enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or e-learning systems .

Hands-on expertise

with Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, Networking, Monitoring, BigQuery).

Strong knowledge of

multi-tenant SaaS architectures, API integrations, and cloud security .

Proven ability to

lead complex, multi-country delivery programs .

Excellent

communication and stakeholder engagement skills

— able to interact with government, healthcare leaders, and internal teams.

Preferred

Google Cloud Professional Architect (or equivalent certification).

Experience in healthcare IT ecosystems (EHR, interoperability standards, HL7, FHIR, etc.).

Knowledge of Agile / DevOps practices and ITIL frameworks.

Base :

Hyderabad, India (Medvarsity HQ).

Travel :

Occasional, based on project needs

Engagement Type :

Initial consulting / project leadership → potential transition to

full-time Tech Leader role at Medvarsity .
