About the Role : To ensure project quality and timely delivery by managing assigned teams, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards and workflows.

Responsibilities :

• Distribute tasks and monitor progress within the team.
• Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists.
• Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction.
• Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule.
• Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager.
• Audit and prepare documents for client submissions.
• Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation.
• Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models.
• Contribute to 4D Scheduling and Value Engineering.
• Support in team development, mentoring, and efficient resource utilization.
