Job Overview

Caspian Furniture & Interiors LLP are seeking a proactive and data-driven  Omnichannel E-commerce Manager  to take end-to-end ownership of our online sales performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maximizing sales velocity and operational efficiency on  Amazon India and Flipkart , complemented by the ability to manage, market, and optimize our proprietary  D2C website  for higher profitability.

This is a  full-time, high-impact position  based in Chembur, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Mastery (Amazon & Flipkart)

  • P&L Ownership :  Drive and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) for Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, focusing on maximizing GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and improving profitability.
  • Listing Optimization :  Ensure all product listings are fully optimized with strong keywords, compelling content (A+ Content / EBC), and high-quality visuals to maximize organic rank and conversion rates.
  • Advertising Management :  Strategize and execute all platform-specific paid campaigns (Sponsored Products / Brands on Amazon, Flipkart Ads) with a constant focus on ACoS / RoAS optimization.
  • Operations & Compliance :  Oversee inventory management (FBA / FBF), ensure timely replenishment, monitor seller performance metrics, and handle all catalog troubleshooting and compliance issues.

2. D2C Website Sales & Marketing

  • Website Management :  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the D2C website ([e.g., Shopify / WooCommerce]), ensuring a best-in-class user experience (UX), site speed, and functionality.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) :  Analyze user data (Google Analytics) to identify friction points and implement continuous A / B testing and site improvements to boost conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Performance Marketing :  Manage and collaborate with marketing teams or agencies on the performance of paid campaigns (specifically  Meta Ads / Google Ads ) to drive targeted, cost-effective traffic and sales to the website.
  • Merchandising :  Plan and execute website promotions, flash sales, and campaign launches, ensuring accurate inventory and pricing synchronization.
  • 3. Analytics & Strategy (Overall)

  • Conduct deep-dive sales and channel-specific performance analysis, providing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to senior management.
  • Maintain pricing parity and coordinate promotional calendars across all channels to avoid channel conflict while maximizing overall business revenue.
  • Forecast sales demand and coordinate inventory planning across both marketplaces and the D2C warehouse.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years  of hands-on experience in E-commerce management, with a minimum of  2 years dedicated to Amazon Seller Central (India) and Flipkart Seller Hub .
  • Mandatory experience  managing an independent D2C website ([e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento]) including knowledge of CMS and basic site maintenance.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth through both  marketplace advertising  and  D2C site optimization (CRO) .
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in  MS Excel  for data manipulation, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
