Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Procore Engineer to support our construction teams in optimizing project management workflows. This role is responsible for implementing, administering, and improving the use of the Procore platform across multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination between field teams, project managers, architects, subcontractors, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Procore Administration & Support
Serve as the primary administrator for the Procore platform across all active and upcoming projects.Configure and maintain project setups, user permissions, workflows, and templates.Develop and manage custom tools, workflows, and integrations within Procore.Project Coordination & Workflow Optimization
Support project teams in leveraging Procore modules such as RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, Daily Logs, Change Orders, Financials, and Quality & Safety.Automate processes to streamline document control, communication, and reporting.Facilitate digital project delivery and ensure consistent use of Procore best practices.Training & Onboarding
Provide onboarding and continuous training to project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and office personnel.Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistent platform use.Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely tech support.Data Integrity & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data, documentation, and analytics.Build and customize dashboards and reports for leadership, field operations, and finance teams.Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and Procore protocols.Integrations & Technology Management
Support integration of Procore with ERP systems, scheduling tools (e.g., P6, MS Project), and other construction software.Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage system updates, data migrations, and API-based automations.Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Hands-on experience using Procore on active construction projects.Strong understanding of construction workflows, project management, and document control.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training skills.Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.Preferred
Procore Certification(s) such as Project Manager, Superintendent, or Administrator.Experience in general contracting or construction technology support roles.Familiarity with construction financials, scheduling, BIM, or ERP tools.Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, or workflow automation.
