Job Title : HR Executive – Valve Manufacturing Unit

Location : Rabale, Navi Mumbai, India

Industry : Manufacturing / Engineering (Valves & Industrial Components)

Experience : 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors

Education : Graduate or MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

Joining Date : - Immediate.

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Executive at our valve manufacturing plant in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR recruitment, Onboarding & Documentation etc

especially within a manufacturing or engineering plant environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards

Onboarding & Documentation :

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct induction programs and ensure smooth onboarding

    • HR Operations Support :

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications

    • Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering job profiles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines
