At the heart of this role lies a deep understanding of ad accounts as dynamic systems, not static mechanisms.
The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals and be able to drive 4-5 Meta ad campaigns end-to-end, structure budgets, pacing, and daily optimization.
Responsibilities include publishing ads based on in-house guidelines, running planned experiments, analyzing results, and translating findings into actionable guidance for creative teams, product offers, and targeting strategies.
Daily and weekly performance reviews are crucial, with recommendations for next steps accompanied by clear explanations. Effective data management, including keeping records clean and understandable, is also essential.
Key skills required include a solid grasp of Meta basics, bidding and objectives, attribution fundamentals, metrics-driven decision making, Google Sheets proficiency, data analysis methods, research that informs action, and Google Ads experience (a plus).
